Let's talk about energy today. I do seem to have it in abundance these days - and that is a very good thing. The food, the exercise; combined with the LACK of alcohol to deaden my senses and you have a recipe for a high octane chick. My body's natural rhythms have re-emerged. I start getting sleepy at a more natural time and have no difficulty falling asleep. The alarm clock goes off and I GET UP. I don't hit snooze. You don't KNOW what a major thing that is. I have THREE alarm clocks with their alarms staggered to go off because I'm so bad about getting out of bed in the morning. I'm currently down to 2 and have shut off the 2nd alarm before it went off for over a week. Wild stuff.
I may only be halfway there, but I am fully engaged.
