What a series of days! You don't need the nitty or the gritty but it involved a car crash and a very emotional split. My cortisol level was high, I wasn't at home and I really, really, really wanted a beer... or 15. However, I am a rock. I am unbreakable. I am a diamond. I am hard. I am strong. I am going to do this. And I DID! I had moments of wavering, but stayed the course. For once... the center did hold!
I stayed raw (except for the coffee) with my food even with the unexpected twists and turns. Here's the skinny...
